ALS Graduation

Hey everyone! Last night was Will's ALS (Airman Leadership School) graduation. ALS is a 6 week "school" that all SrA (Senior Airman) have to attend before becoming a supervisor. They learn really valuable information while they attend and there is ALOT of work that goes with it. Every night for the past several weeks Will has been either working on a speech, writing bullets, letters of recommendation, reading material for the next class day, or studying for tests. His hard work really paid off! He was given the Academic Achievement Award! In the graduation program it says...

"This award denotes excellence as a scholar. It is based upon all summative objective and individual performance evaluation scores. The award is presented to the student with the highest academic standing."

The 729th (Will's squadron) did really well last night, bringing home 3 of the 6 awards given! It was a fun night and it was really nice to be able to see Will just take it easy and relax after all the hard work he has put in.

Everything is still going really well with the baby! He is just kicking away in there everyday... Will said that Aiden is working on his high knee drills for football :) We go back to the doctor in just over a week for our 4D ultrasound so we are really excited about that!
